With ingredients fresh from our organic garden or sourced from local farmers, Pacaya Lodge & Spa is a Nicaragua boutique resort that offers a memorable and unique culinary experience in our open-air Restaurante Guardabarranco. Inspired by traditional Nicaraguan favorites, our inspired menu features a modern take on local staples. Enjoy a meal in our restaurant with views of Laguna de Apoyo and distant volcanoes, or savor a meal on your private balcony and enjoy a quiet dinner as the sun sets over the laguna. Meals are served on locally sourced, artisan-crafted flatware.

Restaurante Guardabarranco is open all day at our Nicaragua boutique resort. Dress is comfortable and casual. Reservations recommended.
