Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural technique that holds that the map of our body (systems, organs, glands, among others) has reflex zones that represent them. These zones would be mainly the feet, hands, nose and ears.

Hot stone massage

This therapy combines traditional therapeutic massage with the application of stones at different temperatures on the skin to facilitate the flow of vital energy and relieve physical and emotional disorders. It eliminates toxins from the skin and improves the circulatory system.

Swedish massage

This classic anti-stress massage uses a variety of medium-pressure movements to relieve tension, relax muscles, and detoxify the body. Sliding and kneading movements promote circulation and improve the lymphatic system.

Deep tissue massage

Slow, deep pressure combined with skilled hand movements works on tight muscles, releases tension, and reduces muscle pain. Our certified therapists use oils and kneading techniques to relieve tension and cleanse the system. Deep tissue massage is aimed at athletes and people suffering from muscle pain, stiffness, or fatigue.

Facial Treatment

This gentle yet effective treatment uses carefully selected, customized products to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and tone the face. The neck massage also relaxes tense muscles, reduces stress and relieves tension.
