All rates include continental (“rooster”) breakfast delivered to guest’s room, including coffee, fresh fruit and freshly baked bread, presented in a wooden picnic basket.Check in/Check Out
Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 12:00 pm If you need an early check-in, we are happy to assist you according to room availability. Late check-out request may be directed to reception the night before your departure, and is subject to availability and additional charge.Minimum Age
Any guest that making a reservation must be eighteen or older and must have identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, that must be presented to reception.Reservation Policies
A valid credit card number is required to guarantee or confirm the reservation.Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay, including all applicable taxes. The fee will be charged to the credit card the guest used to make the reservation.Additional Guests
Room rates will change according to the number of guests, date and room types. Room rates are based on an occupancy of three people per room. The following additional charges apply:- Children under 2 years no charge
- Rollaway bed: $25 plus tax
- Cost of crib: $10 + tax
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, restaurant or other designated Non Smoking area, according to the National Anti-Tobacco Law 727. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and outside the building. A charge will be applied for property damage according to the deterioration caused. Pacaya Lodge & Spa reserves the right to submit a written study by our experts on the subject for cancellation effect for damage to the premises. Pets are not allowed in Pacaya Lodge & SpaAlcohol Policy
Per the National Police Alcohol Regulation Rules, it is the Hotel policy that no alcoholic beverages will be sold to the following persons:- Under 21 years old
- Military and / or uniformed policemen
- People who carry firearms or sharp cutting objects
- Consumers who have exceeded their alcoholic intake capacity
